The preferred candidate is a recent law school graduate or Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning graduate with a commitment to social justice.

Specific qualifications include:

• Presentation and training skills- a good verbal communicator and a good writer.

• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and policies.

• Capacity to analyze regulations, land use laws, and policy documents.

• Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives to further the mission of the Florida Housing Coalition.
