AIDA ANDUJAR is a Technical Advisor with the Florida Housing Coalition. She comes to the Florida Housing Coalition staff with over 25 years of experience and training in the area of affordable housing, including responsibility for administration and implementation of state, federal and local housing grants awarded to the City of Hialeah. She has worked with various state and federal programs including the CDBG, HOME and SHIP Programs. Her experience includes working with lenders, nonprofit organizations, community development organizations, homebuyer counseling providers, Hialeah Housing Authority, Florida Housing Finance Corporation and other local government organizations. She speaks and writes fluent Spanish. She is a licensed realtor and holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in public administration from Florida International University.

LYDIA BELTRÁN is a Technical Advisor with the Florida Housing Coalition. She comes to the Florida Housing Coalition staff with a history of approximately fifteen years in community development. Her experience ranges from project coordination for nonprofits, program management for major entitlement cities and community planning and development through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Her specific experience includes technical assistance, and addressing strategies associated with affordable housing development. Lydia has a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles. Lydia provides technical assistance for the Demonstration Loan Program, Predevelopment Loan Program and overall SHIP technical assistance.

MICHAEL CHANEY is a Technical Advisor for the Florida Housing Coalition. Mr. Chaney leads the Coalition’s work for the Department of Community Affairs’ Developmentally Disabled Council. Thoughout the years he has provided technical assistance to local government, nonprofit housing professionals, and consumers throughout Florida. He provided assistance to HUD Section 8 tenants through the Federal OTAG program. Mr. Chaney also serves as a trainer for the Coalition’s Housing Workshops. The focus of his technical assistance includes monitoring nonprofit sponsors, enhancing rehabilitation strategies, and general housing program administration. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member of the housing department at Florida State University.

MICHAEL W. DAVIS is the Executive Director of the Florida Housing Coalition. Mr. Davis has over 16 years of progressive experience within multi-family rental development/management, residential mortgage banking and management organizations. Mr. Davis has received NAHRO’s (National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials) highest executive level designation, Senior Professional Housing Manager. While working in local government Mr. Davis oversaw the county's award wining SHIP, HUD, CDBG and Veterans Department programs.

PAM DAVIS is the Administrative Assistant/Workshop Coordinator for the Florida Housing Coalition. Ms. Davis oversees the day-to-day administrative operations at the Tallahassee office, which includes answering phones, distributing mail, updating and renewing memberships. Ms. Davis also assists the Technical Advisors staff in the coordination and planning of workshops. Pam plays a large part in the Statewide Affordable Housing Conference pre-registration and other conference planning and logistics.

HANA ESKRA Hana Eskra is a Technical Advisor with the Florida Housing Coalition working primarily with the Predevelopment Loan Program and the Demonstration Loan program. Ms. Eskra has over eleven years of experience assisting non-profit developers by providing financial packaging, feasibility analysis and project management for affordable multi-family and single-family housing projects totaling nearly $40 million. She has a working knowledge of nearly all aspects of affordable housing as well as an array of experience leveraging multiple funding sources including housing and historic tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, CDBG, HOME, SHP, FHLB programs, and private foundations. Her projects have included housing and a health center for homeless individuals with HIV/AIDS, workforce housing, permanent housing for homeless families, the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 150-unit HAP funded apartment complex, and a neighborhood revitalization project that involved the acquisition, construction, and sale of 22 single family homes for low-income buyers. Ms. Eskra has a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and wrote her master’s thesis on the housing tax credit.

STAN FITTERMAN is a Senior Technical Advisor with the Florida Housing Coalition. He is currently the program manager for delivering technical assistance under numerous contracts, including the state of Florida’s Affordable Housing Catalyst program and U.S. HUD’s technical assistance programs. Mr. Fitterman works directly with nonprofit organizations and local governments in the development and implementation of effective affordable housing programs. His work with the Coalition also includes designing and conducting training workshops on a variety of affordable housing topics. He has experience working with lenders to combine public and private funds for the financing of affordable housing and has extensive experience with the development of both ownership and rental housing. Mr. Fitterman provides technical assistance to communities and nonprofit organizations receiving SHIP funds and to borrowers and potential borrowers of the Florida Community Loan Fund. He also provides assistance to CHDOs, HOME recipients and CDBG recipients under a contract with U.S. HUD. Mr. Fitterman’s areas of expertise include designing and implementing effective affordable housing programs, financing affordable housing, and financial management. Mr. Fitterman is recognized throughout the state as one of the foremost authorities on Florida’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program.

GLADYS SCHNEIDER is the vice president of Operations for Habitat for Humanity of Lee County providing for planning and finance needs for both homeownership and rental housing for families and people with special needs. From 1996 through 2002, Ms. Schneider was a Technical Advisor with the Florida Housing Coalition and developed a variety of housing demonstration models that provide affordable housing opportunities for people with disabilities. She has designed training in many areas of affordable housing including introduction to housing, housing for special needs, accessibility, predevelopment, and recovering affordable housing properties. She has worked extensively with developing capacity for nonprofit community based organizations in resource development and strategy implementation.
