Compliance Requirements for Agreements funded by State/Federal Assistance are Changed

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER MEMORANDUM NO. 05 (2009-2010) Memorandum

Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink, has released Memorandum No. 05 (2009-2010) in response to newly created Section 215.971 Florida Statutes. This Section requires all agreements funded by state and/or Federal financial assistance to include certain provisions such as: evidence of completion, quantifiable, measurable and verifiable deliverables, and the minimum level of service to be performed. All agreements executed on or after July 1, 2010 are required to comply.
