Due to the recent advice of the CDC regarding COVID-19, the Florida Housing Coalition will provide our in-person training and technical assistance using alternative means, such as a series of webinars and virtual meetings. The Catalyst in-person meetings such as site visits and workshops will not be held between now and May. We are currently working with FHFC on specifics and will quickly announce alternatives.

WORKSHOP- SHIP Orientation and Program Administration

SHIP staff with 5 years or less of experience may benefit from this training, which will address:
- A Year in the Life of a SHIP Administrator: Deadlines & Responsibilities
- Annual report preparation
- 19/20 Considerations, including a review of Special Needs compliance
- Preparation of the LHAP and AHAC Report
- And your questions
Staff with more than 5 years of experience are also welcome, since this training can be a great refresher. The topics we will address are fundamental, but all should take away something new.
