The Catalyst in-person meetings such as site visits and workshops will not be held between now and May. We are currently working with FHFC on specifics and will quickly announce alternatives.

WEBINAR- Working with Blended Financing/Subsidy Layering

Determining which rule takes precedence over another is important to understand when monitoring blended projects. This webinar offers guidance on monitoring projects that have multiple funding sources such as SHIP, HOME and tax credit financing. It will address which project rules apply when there are multiple funding sources and considerations when reviewing rents, utility allowances, annual Resident Income Certifications, recording keeping and file reviews.
