The Catalyst in-person meetings such as site visits and workshops will not be held between now and May. We are currently working with FHFC on specifics and will quickly announce alternatives.

WEBINAR- Rebuild Restore: Additional Funding for Disaster Home Repair

The Florida Housing Coalition is hosting a webinar, Rebuild Restore: Additional Funding for Disaster Home Repair, on July 31, 2019 at 2pm. This webinar is for housing staff working on home repair in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael.
Register to learn about the Rebuild Restore program, which can be leveraged with repair funds you already have to help low income homeowners. The training will introduce this program from the Federal Home Loan Bank and detail how SHIP administrators and other housing professional may participate.
Presenters from Neighborhood Lending Partners will discuss their role as the lender sponsor. Rebuild Restore is mostly applicable to Hurricane Michael recovery, but participants will learn how it has already been used in Florida to respond to Hurricane Irma. Presenters will include SHIP staff who have begun applying for Rebuild Restore funds.
