Due to the recent advice of the CDC regarding COVID-19, the Florida Housing Coalition will provide our in-person training and technical assistance using alternative means, such as a series of webinars and virtual meetings. The Catalyst in-person meetings such as site visits and workshops will not be held between now and May. We are currently working with FHFC on specifics and will quickly announce alternatives.

WEBINAR – Case Management Curriculum: Webinar 2 – Case Management Components and Standards Part 2: Service Planning, Documentation and Exit Planning

Case management has many roles and definitions throughout social service organizations. In this series, we look at the role of case management when working with households experiencing homelessness. Webinar 2 teaches participants three components and standards of case management: service planning, documentation, and exit planning. Participants will learn the function and importance of each component. Participants will be given tools and templates for service plans, documentation formats, crisis plans, and exit plans.
