Due to the recent advice of the CDC regarding COVID-19, the Florida Housing Coalition will provide our in-person training and technical assistance using alternative means, such as a series of webinars and virtual meetings. The Catalyst in-person meetings such as site visits and workshops will not be held between now and May. We are currently working with FHFC on specifics and will quickly announce alternatives.

Preparing for the CRF Monitor and Online Application Services (Training 6)

The Florida Housing Coalition is hosting a webinar, Preparing for the CRF Monitor and Online Application Services (Training 6), on August 26 at 2pm.
After funds are expended in December, CRF will be subject to compliance monitoring. This webinar will help you prepare. Presenters will explain the monitoring process and provide guidance on achieving compliance with the program requirements that monitors will review. Topics will include file documentation, program procedures, and oversight of sub-grantees.
This webinar will also feature presenters from ZoomGrants, a company that is assisting several Florida communities with CRF online applications and program processing. See a virtual demonstration of this online resource, which provides quick data access to local staff, the CRF monitor, Florida Housing’s staff and the technical assistance provider.
