Regulatory and Land Use Issues Affecting Affordable Housing- Part 1: House Bill 1339 Implementation

Register for this training series focused on how to create a regulatory and land use planning environment that encourages and facilitates the production of affordable housing. Topics include best practices for land use planning for affordable housing, how to implement statutory changes from the past several Legislative sessions, how to best utilize the local Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC), and how local governments can incorporate resiliency strategies in their affordable housing plans. This in-depth training for planners and housing administrators addresses how local government can be a catalyst for resilient and affordable housing development. In each session, practitioners will offer on-the-ground experiences and best practices for implementation.
