Christine Ruiz serves as Enterprise Business & Community Engagement (EBCE), Market Manager for Bank of America serving Suburban markets in Florida. In this role, she is responsible for business integration, strategic planning, coordinating and leveraging of the bank’s local philanthropic contributions, managing events and sponsorships and facilitating relationships with community and opinion leaders. Christine has been with the bank for 21 years and prior to her current role she served as the Market Specialist making similar contributions in Tampa Bay and as a Regional Market Specialist for community markets in Texas and Florida also in EBCE.
Christine spent the first six years of her career in the bank’s Human Resources division in various capacities and then as a recruiter placing associates to work in retail stores. Before joining the bank, Christine worked in the non-profit sector at the local Feeding America affiliate in Tampa Bay and in the hospitality industry. Christine has served on the conference planning committee for the Florida Philanthropic Network and is a board member for the Florida Housing Coalition. She graduated Summa Cum Laude earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University and received her Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. She lives in Florida with her husband Michael and daughter Giselle.
